This year’s Annual Lecture will be given by musician, writer, and academic Leanne Betasamosake Simpson who has been widely recognized as one of the most compelling Indigenous voices of her generation. Her lecture 'Sintering in the Present: Refusal, Solidarity and Decolonial Practice' will draw from her book Theory of Water and her current work on generative refusal and grounded solidarity to offer decolonial reworlding practices based on deep relationality.
The talk will be followed by a reception.
